Shipping Information

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your handmade jewellery to be made, including any required hallmarking, before dispatch. Delivery time is additional. Contact us before ordering if you need your piece for a particular date.

Express service by prior arrangement

An express service may be available for an additional £150, with an estimated turnaround of 3–5 days, when suitable silver is already available and hallmarked. Availability and timing must be confirmed with us before you order. One-day production is not offered.

Contact us to discuss an express order. A faster postal service does not shorten the time needed to make your jewellery.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking information supplied with your dispatch confirmation to follow your delivery. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us for an update.
